our delivery service is based on you placing your order by 12pm AEST week days. Please be certain to review on the shopping cart check out when you need to place your order by, to achieve the delivery date you require.
We recommend the ASAP option. We will send your gift out on the next available delivery service
Delivery rates are per box and are calculated according to weight and volume of gifts. Should your order exceed this 1 box limit, additional charges may be incurred. All additional charges will be notified to the customer prior to delivery.
Sydney and Metropolitan area: $14.00
NSW Regional Centres: $18.00
Melbourne, Adelaide,Brisbane, Gold Coast Metropolitan & Canberra Metropolitan Areas: $18.00
Sunshine Coast, North QLD Metropolitan Areas, Perth, Cairns and Hobart: $30.00
Changes to Delivery details
Interstate and Overnight Deliveries:if your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change the details. Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery details. Once your gift is in transit you will be provided with a tracking number. You will need to contact the courier directly using that link provided with the tracking number to change any delivery details directly with the courier. In the event that your gift has already been delivered to the address specified on your order we cannot organise any re delivery on your behalf. This will be between you, the sender, and the courier.
If your gift cannot be delivered to the address provided (due to an error in the address details on the order or the recipient is not at the address) a minimum handling fee of $20.00 will be added for the re-delivery .
Authorisation to leave gift:
we recommend you choose this option: the courier has permission to leave the gift in a safe & sheltered spot or with a neighbour if no-one is home. This however is not a recommended option with units and apartments. We suggest in this instance the gift is delivered to a business address where it can be signed for.
Calling Card if you choose the signature required option and no one is home, the courier will return the plant to the depot for re-delivery at a later date. or will leave the gift at the nearest parcel connect agent.
if there are specific instructions on where to leave the gift, please enter them in the notes on the order form.
Please note that where authorisation to leave has been given, we cannot be held responsible if the item is removed or goes missing.
POD can be obtained from Fastway couriers using the tracking number at the bottom of the Goods have been dispatched email.
Please note due to quarantine restrictions we cannot send our plant gifts to Queensland, WA, NT and Tasmania
How do I know if my gift has been delivered?
We automatically send you a tracking number when your gift is dispatched. At the bottom of the “goods have been dispatched” email from smartfreight is a 12 digit tracking number e.g. AW0009766327 use this number on fastway website to track the status of your delivery.
